The Port Estate

Al Jeer port has a total 41 storage warehouses. Office space is also available for marine businesses.

A number of properties/land becomes vacant each year for one reason or another but generally these are let within a short period, reflecting the demand in the wider Ras al Dara area.
Sites are mostly used for port related activity with some exceptions.
